Our cleaners are industry professionals with years of experience. At Duster Dollies we believe in personal relationships with our clients.

That’s why as a client you’ll be assigned a regular cleaner or team.

All our cleaners are experienced and skilled professionals who have been working with us long-term.

Duster Dollies Cleaning Service deals with:

• UIF & Workers compensation
• Annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, family responsibility leave
• Injuries on duty
• Training
• CCMA

General

Cleaning Hours: Minimum 8 hours per cleaning session, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break included.
Domestic & Office Duties: Comprehensive domestic & Office duties are provided as part of our cleaning services.
Cleaning Supplies: We use your cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure your preferences and standards are met. For our Offices we can supply chemicals and equipment, but at an additional cost.
Payment Terms: All services must be paid for in advance via EFT or debit order.

Recurring Services

Benefits of a Recurring Service:
• Consistent: You always get the same cleaner, eliminating the presence of strangers at your premises.
• Discounts: Applicable discounts if the service is utilized 3-5 times a week.

Billing

Billing will occur on a monthly basis, with invoices dispatched on the 20th of each month. However, for services rendered in December, invoices will be issued on the 10th of that month. All services require advance payment. If a service begins mid-month, you will be billed pro rata for the remaining days of that billing cycle.

Duration of Contract & Notice Period

Contract Duration: The contract is on a month-to-month basis.

Notice Period: After the initial month, 2 calendar months’ notice must be given for any termination of services.

Our Comprehensive Cleaning Process:

Regular/ Daily Cleaning:

Dusting, washing, and polishing of all surfaces.
Spot cleaning of all walls Floors vacuumed and washed.
Vacuuming of all carpets
Cleaning and sanitizing all bathrooms and kitchens.
Cleaning of all light fixtures (outside only), light switches, and wall plugs
Dusting/wiping of blinds
Washing of dishes
Washing and drying of clothes (only residential homes)
Ironing (only residential homes)
General straightening

Once a Month Deep Clean: In addition to the daily cleaning routine, we conduct a thorough deep clean once a month, which includes:

Moving everything moveable and cleaning underneath
Cleaning skirtings
Spot cleaning of walls
Cleaning windows inside and outside
