Each team comprises 3-6 highly skilled cleaners under full-time supervision, ensuring a meticulous and trustworthy cleaning experience. Services are available on a weekly, bi-weekly, or twice-per-week basis. Our cleaning service encompasses both standard cleaning and a monthly “Deep Clean Service,” offered according to a fixed schedule and at an additional cost.

Our Process:

Duster Dollies is committed to providing the following House and Office cleaning services:

  1. Weekly/Bi-Weekly Cleaning:
    • Regular cleaning conducted by our expert teams.
  1. Monthly Deep Cleaning (at additional cost):
    • For weekly and twice-a-week bookings, a deep clean is provided once a month (if selected with a quote).
    • For bi-weekly bookings, the deep clean is offered once every second month (if selected with a quote).
Deep cleaning includes:
    • Moving all movable furniture (cleaning behind & underneath)
    • Cleaning of all windows, burglar bars, and windowsills (height restrictions apply)
    • Cleaning on top of all cupboards
    • Cleaning of curtain rails, skirtings, light fittings, light switches, wall tiles & wall plugs
    • Fridge/deep freeze cleaning on request (please unfreeze)
    • Dusting of picture frames (excluding artwork)

Weekly cleaning routine

Dusting, Washing, and Polishing:

    • Dust and polish all surfaces throughout the house or office.
    • Wash and wipe down countertops, tables, and other furniture.

Spot Cleaning:

    • Perform spot cleaning on walls to address any stains or marks.

Floor Care:

    • Vacuum and wash all floors, including carpets and upholstered furniture.
    • Pay special attention to high-traffic areas.

Bedroom Maintenance (If applicable):

    • Make beds and change linen as needed (on request).
    • Ensure bedroom surfaces are dusted and tidy.

Bathroom and Kitchen Sanitization:

    • Clean and sanitize all bathrooms thoroughly.
    • Clean kitchen sinks, basins, and countertops.
    • Sanitize kitchen surfaces and appliances.

Kitchen Appliances and Cupboards:

    • Clean all kitchen appliances, both inside and out.
    • Wipe down the exterior of kitchen cupboards.

Blinds and Windows:

    • Dust or wipe blinds in all rooms.
    • Clean entrance and patio door windows.
    • Wipe down windowsills.

Dishwashing:

    • Wash any remaining dishes from the previous night.
    • Unpack the dishwasher where applicable.

Entrance and Patio Area:

    • Clean the entrance area, ensuring it is free of dirt and clutter.

At Duster Dollies, we aim to offer a tailored and efficient cleaning experience. If you choose the optional ironing service, you can enjoy the convenience of having up to 30 items ironed per cleaning session to complement your pristine home

Ironing Services:

  • This service is optional and can be included in your Standard Team cleaning session.
  • A maximum of 30 items can be ironed per cleaning session.

Laundry Services:

  • Please note that we do NOT provide laundry services with this cleaning service due to time constraints.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Customers opting for the ironing service are required to provide their own iron and ironing board.
