Our Cleaning Dolly’s:
Our Dolly’s was chosen from a huge database after a careful selection process which include Criminal checks and Reference checks. They are handpicked by our professional Management team by way of personal face-to-face interviews. Our Dolly’s receive training in areas we think applicable taking in consideration that all Dolly’s must have more than 2 years domestic cleaning experience when applying to become a cleaning Dolly. Our Dolly’s are diligent in their duties and very trustworthy.

Our Customers are important to us and we want to ensure you receive the very best cleaning service on offer. Duster Dollies has a reputation for quality and reliability. The Dolly assigned to you will be friendly and professional and will do her utmost best to get the highest rating as her rating for her work is linked to her payment.

Cleaning Equipment & chemicals:
With this service Our Dolly’s will be using all YOUR cleaning equipment (Vacuum Cleaner, iron, mop, brush ware, sponges, cleaning cloths) and any chemicals needed to complete the day’s work. We do however also supply chemicals (Mr Min, Domestos and Sunlight Liquid) at additional cost of R49 per cleaning.

Laundry services:
With our laundry service option, you can have our Dolly’s wash, dry, fold your clothes while doing your home cleaning. No need to waste your time doing laundry yourself! Our Dolly’s will do it for you. Our laundry service is an additional service you can select when you Rent a Dolly. This service is not available in any other of our services other than Rent a Dolly. With this service the customer is responsible to provide detergent and fabric softener as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for use.

Ironing:
Tired of spending your weekends ironing? Our Dolly’s provides a premium ironing service in conjunction with our regular cleaning services. We do not provide Ironing services by itself. You as customer must have an iron & ironing board available for use to make use of this service.

Ironing:
We do provide optional ironing services with our Standard Team cleaning services. A maximum of 20 items per cleaning can be ironed with this service. We however DO NOT provide Laundry services with this service. It is just too time consuming. The customer needs to provide an Iron & ironing board to make use of this service.

Standard Team Cleaning

We offer standard team cleaning services to Offices and residential houses in and around Pretoria and Centurion. The teams consisting of 4-7 cleaners with full time supervision. Cleanings is done on a weekly or twice a week basis. This cleaning includes the standard service as well as a Once a month Deep clean. This Deep clean is done according to a monthly schedule.

Move in – Move out service

Our Move in / Move out cleanings are extremely thorough, designed to prepare a home for a new tenant. Houses and apartments can gather years of dust and grime left by previous tenants. From top to bottom, we’ll clean and sanitize everywhere, and give you a stress-free welcome to your new home.

Duster Dollies will perform the following cleaning service:

Frequency of services: Duster Dollies will provide office cleaning services from Mondays – Fridays from 7:30am – 3:00pm (Excluding Public holidays)

Our quotation also includes the following:

  • All Duster Dollies staff will all wear identifying uniforms.
  • All chemicals and cleaning consumables will be supplied by Duster Dollies.
  • Duster Dollies will provide all the necessary equipment to clean your premises.
  • Replacement worker when worker is on leave/sick.
