When are you open?

Our office hours are from Mondays – Fridays from 8am – 5pm. We also offer once off cleanings on Saturdays as per request.

Do I have to be home while you clean?

Not all all, it all depends on you as customer. Simply provide clear instructions for our team or individual cleaners regarding entry and exit procedures, and any specific areas you would like them to prioritize. This allows for a convenient and efficient cleaning process without the need for your direct presence. Effective communication ensures that your expectations are met and the cleaning service aligns with your preferences.

Which areas do you service?

We offer our once-off services in Pretoria, Centurion, and Olifantsfontein (Midstream). Additionally, our recurring services, including Rent a Dolly Placements and Standard Team Cleanings, are available specifically in Pretoria East, Centurion, and Olifantsfontein (Midstream).

What method of payment do you accept?

Payment Information: At Duster Dollies, we offer convenient payment options for our services. Accepted Payment Methods: Payfast for any online bookings.

Recurring Services:

  • For a Standard Team cleaning service, you have the option to fill in our debit order mandate (Note: This is not compulsory) or do an Electronic Transfer to our bank.

Payment Terms:

  • All services, including recurring ones, are required to be paid in advance.

Is tip included?

Tip Information:

At Duster Dollies, tipping is entirely optional and not mandatory or required in any way. While you have the option to show appreciation through a tip if you feel you’ve received exceptional service, it is not expected.

Not Mandatory:

    • Tipping is not mandatory, and there is no obligation to include it in your payment.

Employee Policy:

    • Duster Dollies personnel are not permitted to solicit tips under any circumstances.

Cash Payments for Extra Services:

    • Our personnel are not allowed to accept any cash payments from clients for extra services rendered.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy?

Cancellations of bookings must be done 72 hours before the booking date. Please email any cancellations to: info@dusterdollies.co.za. If the cancellation is done within the 72 hours period before the start of the booking date, NO service fee will be charged to the customer. If the cancellation is done within 48 hours before the start of the service date, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the customer. If the cancellation is done within 24 hours of the start of the booking date, the full-service fee will be charged to the customer.
