Weekly
Rent a Dolly Placements
This service can ONLY be utilized on a weekly basis (recurring). We provide you with individual ladies that provide an outstanding cleaning service at an affordable price. Our dedicated cleaners are true professionals and ensure your office is transformed to its former glory.
General:
- Min.8 hours per cleaning (7:30-16:00 with 30 minutes lunch).
- You always get the SAME CLEANER. No strangers in your office.
- The client will provide their OWN cleaning chemicals & equipment (Optional at an additional cost).
- All services are payable in advance.

We offer a standard team cleaning services to Offices in and around Pretoria East and Centurion. The teams consist of 3-6 cleaners with Full time supervision. Cleaning is done on a recurring basis once or twice per week. The cleaning service consists of two components, the standard cleaning as well as an “Deep clean service”, provided once a month according to a fixed schedule.

Once Off
Pre/Post Occupation Cleaning
Our Pre/Post Occupation cleanings are extremely thorough, designed to prepare an office for a new tenant. These premises can gather years of dust and grime left by previous tenants. From top to bottom, we will clean and sanitize everywhere, and give you a stress-free welcome to your new premises.
Included:
- Full Supervision
- All chemicals & equipment supplied (Vacuum Cleaner, mops, brush ware, sponges, cleaning cloths) and any chemicals needed to complete the day’s work.
Cleaning of ALL: Windows (Inside & Outside) only reachable by a 3 step ladder, Cupboards (Inside, Outside & On-top) Lights (Outside), Light & Electrical switches, Skirtings, Wall tiles, Spot cleaning of all walls, Floors (Vacuumed & mopped), Carpets (Vacuumed)
Excluded:
CARPET CLEANING (Washing), Cleaning of Chandeliers, Buffing, Waxing and Sealing of all Floors, Cleaning of Tile Grout, Fumigation
Once Off
Deep/Spring Cleaning
The service option is a comprehensive top-to-bottom cleaning of your Office. We recommend a Deep cleaning if you have not had your premises professionally cleaned within the past three (3) months, or if you do not use a cleaning service on a regular basis. This cleaning includes all the services of a standard clean but with more attention to areas that may have been neglected. This in-depth cleaning will get your office spotless.

- Full Supervision
- All chemicals & equipment supplied (Vacuum Cleaner, mops, brush ware, sponges, cleaning cloths) and any chemicals needed to complete the day’s work.
Cleaning of ALL: Windows (Inside & Outside) only reachable by a 3 step ladder, Cupboards (Outside & on-top) Lights (Outside) & Ceiling Fans, Light & Electrical switches, Skirtings, Wall tiles, Dusting (top to bottom), Spot Cleaning of walls, Vacuum Carpets, Clean All Floors (Excl. Grout cleaning, buffing, waxing and sealing), Clean sides and tops of doors, Clean mirrors, glass and chrome. Move all movable furniture, clean behind & underneath.
Excluded:
CARPET CLEANING (Washing of Carpets), Cleaning of Chandeliers, Buffing, Waxing and Sealing of all Floors, Cleaning of Tile Grout, Cleaning of Inside cupboards, Fumigation.

Tile Grout cleaning, buffing, waxing and sealing), Clean sides and tops of doors, Clean mirrors, glass and chrome, Remove all packaging, plastic, labels, tape, straps, etc.
Excluded:
CARPET CLEANING (Washing), Cleaning of Chandeliers, Buffing, Waxing and Sealing of all Floors, Cleaning of Tile Grout, Fumigation
